~ Stephen Denny Founder & Managing Principal

Stephen Denny is an executive human capital strategist and governance advisor with more than three decades of leadership experience across asset management and healthcare organizations.


He has served as Head of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer, leading enterprise workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation efforts.


Stephen also brings significant governance experience, including chairing governance and nominating committees and advising boards on trustee composition, executive succession, and leadership accountability.
